Can I join fitness courses and study online

Yes, you can study online and you have up to 12 months to complete each of your nationally recognised qualifications in fitness (SIS30315 – Certificate III in Fitness or SIS40215 – Certificate IV in Fitness). Studying online gives you the freedom to study anytime you wish. As well as your online studies, you will need to complete practical work experience and undertake practical assessment as part of your course(s).

How to become a personal trainer?

You can qualify to become a personal trainer by completing our Certificate III and IV in Fitness courses (SIS30315 – Certificate III in Fitness and SIS40215 – Certificate IV in Fitness). SIS30315 – Certificate III in Fitness is your entry into the fitness industry and once completed successfully, you can enrol in SIS40215 – Certificate IV in Fitness. Once you have successfully completed both qualifications, you will be qualified to work as a Personal Trainer.

How long does it take to become a personal trainer?

Becoming a personal trainer requires you to successfully complete SIS30315 – Certificate III in Fitness and SIS40215 – Certificate IV in Fitness. These courses can be completed over a 12 month period each , but the courses are self paced, so you have some control over your progress. Qualifications or skills you already have may mean you do not have to complete all parts of the course(s). You can study online, or if you want to access our excellent trainers, then you can join other students in a classroom.
